01Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from voltsweephome.com (operated by VoltSweep Home), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
02Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars. We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders arising from pricing or listing mistakes, with a full refund issued immediately in such cases.
03Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
04Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States, free of charge. Typical delivery takes 3–15 days depending on the product and fulfillment center. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control may occasionally occur; we will keep you informed and you may cancel any unshipped order for a full refund.
05Returns & Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See the full policy on our Returns page.
06Digital Products
Digital products, including The Deep-Clean Playbook PDF, are delivered by email after purchase and are non-refundable once delivered. Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
07Warranties
Products sold through VoltSweep Home are covered by the warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims are handled through our support team — email us with your order number and a description of the issue.
08Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape content at scale, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Accounts engaged in abuse may be suspended.
09Intellectual Property
The VoltSweep Home name, branding, site design, and original content are our property. Product names, trademarks, and brand imagery belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for product identification only.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltSweep Home's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VoltSweep Home is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
