Policy
We want you to love your VoltSweep gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — with a 30-day return window on every physical product we sell.

0130-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
02Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice. Please include photos of the issue when you contact us so we can resolve it quickly.
03Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for non-defective returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
04How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@voltsweephome.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without a return authorization.
05Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
06Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. For defective items, we offer free replacements as described above.
07Non-Returnable Items
Digital products (including The Deep-Clean Playbook PDF) are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale and items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
