01Information We Collect
When you shop with VoltSweep Home, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. If you create an account, we store your email and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We never see or store your full payment card details.
02How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to support requests, and — only if you started a checkout — send a reminder about your cart. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
03Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
04Order Fulfillment Partners
To deliver your order, we share your name and shipping address with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. They are only permitted to use this information to pack and deliver your order.
05Emails
We send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, digital product delivery) through Resend, our email service provider. You will only receive marketing emails if you opt in, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
06Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login session working. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
07Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep order records as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@voltsweephome.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
08Data Security
Your data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text. Access to customer data is restricted to what is necessary to operate the store.
09Children's Privacy
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
